I have Fifteen years of overall experience in Operations, Administration, Marketing and General Management. My broad scope of experience includes logistics, accounting and safety. I am tenacious when it comes to a client's request to seek out the best talent in the industry. I have great instincts and employ an honest, ethical approach to business.

Niche

Within Plant Science, my area of specialization is the SEED industry. I perform management level searches for clients in the following niche markets:

CROP Seed including: Corn and Soybeans
VEGETABLE Seed including: the following families: solanaceous, cucurbits, leafy vegetables, brassicas, root crops, alliums, and legumes.
SPECIFIC VEGETABLE crops include: Tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, cucumbers, melons, squash, pumpkin, gourds, artichokes, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, radish, carrots, onion, and various beans including lima, garbanzo, and snap peas.
OTHER Seed including: Flower, Alfalfa, Clover and specialized grasses.

Position Level

The positions I recruit for are Mid to Senior Managers, Directors, Officers, Executives, CEO, COO, Business Unit Head, Global Director, General Manager, and Regional Manager.

Position Type

Clients in Agriculture have a variety of functional departments consisting of Research, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Production, and Administration. To prepare for a career in agriculture, many of our candidates have undergraduate degrees in agronomy or ag economics. Some of the more common positions we have recruited for recently include Director of Operations, Research Director, Global Production Manager, International Sales Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Breeder, Trialing Manager, Product Development Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Director of Sales, Plant Manager, Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Business Unit Director, District Sales Manager (DSM), Global Marketing Head and President.
