Jerrod joined the Management Recruiter Team after 15 years experience in the seed industry where he worked in both small, family-owned business and larger corporate companies. His extensive experience allows him to understand the cultures in each and the individuals who excel in those environments. He has worked in many areas, ranging from research to production. His experiences with coworkers and peers gives him the unique insight to thoroughly screen candidates and build strong relationships with hiring supervisors and managers.
