Sharon is one of the original members of the Ag Team with a specialty focus on senior level retained and engaged positions. She began her career with Management Recruiters in 1997. Her professional background includes successful experience in sales, marketing, new product launches, and management within the agricultural industry. The depth of this knowledge in the industry provides her with invaluable insight to her clients and candidates.
Her tenacity, work ethic and dedication reward her with long term relationships with her clients, not only throughout the United States but also Internationally. Areas of expertise are equipment, agchem, distribution, renewable fuels, precision ag and logistics.
