Our General Recruiting desk allows us to recruit for vertical positions within our desk specialty and to help local industry with various positions outside of those areas. Those positions can range from Human Resources to Distribution. We have worked with local telephone companies on multiple sales positions and have helped associations locate CEO's. Our ability to adapt to our clients needs and knowing how to target specific areas for our clients has lead to many successful placements.
We evaluate each position and solicit both specialists within our office and our 1,100 sister Management Recruiter International offices, to source the best candidates. Management Recruiters of Iowa City uses the same proven system to recruit in these areas that we use in our specialized areas. Our goal is to help our clients and candidates grow through our diligence and understanding of the needs of all parties.
With our "Generalized" desk we can offer our clients yet another service to solve employment needs. Our approach comes from knowledge and understanding of the demands and pressures unique to growing companies.
