Carol joined the Management Recruiters of Iowa City team in March 2019 as our Office Manager. She brings office administration skills and customer service experience gained after working in various support positions and as secretary to AVPs for 22 years at ACT Inc. Carol also served three years as Office Administrator in a USDA-NRCS office opened to deal with the destruction caused by major flooding of farmland in 1992.
At Management Recruiters of Iowa City, she fills multiple positions from office management to research support and payroll officer. Carol strives to help maintain a steady flow of candidates to help ensure an uninterrupted revenue stream throughout the calendar year. To that end, she has a proven track record of being the ultimate team player. She commits herself not only to customer/client satisfaction, but also to a strong conviction to working together as a team at MRIC. She believes in the adage that “teamwork makes the dream work.”
In her leisure time, Carol enjoys gardening and spending time with her family, which includes her husband Bob, nine grandchildren and two dogs.
